| Born: December 4th, 1994 Sire: International Ch. Julian Modrovous Dam: International Ch. Anneliese Modry kerry Bianca was my first kerry and foundation bitch of Cross the Rubicon kennel. She was the 8th registered kerry in Slovak Republic at that time. Her parents were first kerries registered in Slovakia. Thanks to Bianca's older brother International Ch. Ataman Kerrydom, owned by my colleague, it was easy to make decision to purchase my first kery and "real" show dog. As her brother "Tammy", Bianca has very nice temperament and goes well with other dogs. Coming from the world of Shutzhund training, I put great importance on obedience trained dog. Bianca is calm family pet when at home, as well as a workaholic, when outside. She likes all kind of activities, but prefers retrieving and swimming. She was obedience trained with German Shepherds, Dobermans and other working breeds. She enjoyed the training, as well as taking part at pheasant hunting. She changed to fire-resistant gun dog in the minute she understood, that the gun fire means birds falling to the ground. Bianca was also my first show dog and she did well in the show ring. Bianca obtained her title of Slovak Champion and ranked as No.2 top show kerry of 1996 and 1997 in Slovak terrier club. She was slow to change color, but it was worth to wait. The shining silver blue coat, beautiful long head and correct free movement are her attributes. Bianca is a healthy kerry. She has all teeth, checked healthy eyes and she is free from hip dysplasia (results 0/0). When coming to US in age of 6, she also obtained title of Canine Good Citizen. Bianca is a dam of my A-, B- and C- litter. Long time retired, she is enjoying her life as a matriarch of our kerry family. |
